A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING
Terms of Use
The ground rules for using Level Up Family together.
Our service and your agreement
These Terms of Use govern the Level Up Family app, website, and related services provided by Automated AI Solutions, LLC (“we” or “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Level Up helps families organize habits, quests, progress, and rewards. It is a family organization tool and does not provide medical, therapeutic, educational assessment, financial, or emergency services.
Adult accounts and family participation
An adult account holder must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must be a parent, legal guardian, or another adult authorized to manage the family information you provide. Do not add a child or invite another person unless you have the appropriate authority.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, sign-in and invitation codes, choosing who joins your family, and supervising a child’s use as appropriate. Do not use another person’s identity or attempt to access another family’s information. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
The initial beta is for invited U.S. families. Children must participate with appropriate parental permission. Agreement to these terms does not replace any parental consent required by applicable law.
Responsible use
Use Level Up for authorized family activities. Do not harass, exploit, threaten, or harm others; upload unlawful content or information you lack permission to share; bypass parent permissions or access controls; introduce malicious code; disrupt the service; obtain other families’ data; or infringe intellectual property rights.
Only enter personal information needed for your family’s use. Parents are responsible for choosing safe and appropriate tasks, activities, and rewards.
Habits, levels, and rewards
Parents choose and arrange the family’s tasks, goals, and rewards. Level Up records activity and progress; it does not purchase, supply, insure, or guarantee family-chosen rewards. Levels, progress, and perks are not money, stored value, or a financial account and cannot be redeemed for cash from us.
The service does not guarantee a particular habit, behavioral change, learning outcome, or family result. Use it alongside your own judgment and communication.
Your content and our software
You retain any rights you hold in the content you provide. You give us limited permission to store, process, display, and transmit it as needed to operate, secure, and support the service for your family, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We and our licensors retain rights in the app, website, software, design, and brand assets. Subject to these terms and applicable platform rules, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for authorized personal family purposes.
You may send suggestions or feedback. We may use general suggestions to improve the service without an obligation to implement or pay for them, while handling personal information under the Privacy Policy.
Beta access and availability
The service may be provided as a prerelease beta. Features may change, contain errors, become unavailable, or differ from a later release. Keep an independent record of anything your family cannot afford to lose. We may update, pause, or end beta access.
TestFlight use is also subject to Apple’s terms and technical restrictions. An invitation is not a promise of permanent access, a public launch date, or future availability. Product images on this website show sample family information.
Charges and third-party services
The current beta does not include in-app purchases or subscriptions. These terms do not authorize a charge or promise that future releases will always be free. Any future paid offering will be disclosed separately and require the applicable purchase agreement.
App distribution, device services, and external websites may be governed by their providers’ terms. You are responsible for device and connectivity costs. Apple’s applicable app license and TestFlight terms remain separate from these service terms.
Ending use and account requests
You may stop using Level Up at any time. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete stored account or family data. The app provides controls for deleting an adult account, a linked child-device account, or a parent-managed child profile. The effect on shared family information is shown before confirmation. For help closing an account or requesting removal of information, email [email protected]. See Account & data for details.
We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect users, comply with law, or discontinue the service. We will provide notice where required and handle personal information under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Families remain responsible for their choices and the suitability of tasks, rewards, and supervision.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will give notice or seek renewed agreement when required. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
