Delete an adult account in the app

Open Settings, choose Account, and select Delete My Account. The app explains what will be removed and asks you to type DELETE before continuing.

If another parent or guardian remains in the family, deleting your account removes your profile and access while preserving the shared family, child profiles, tasks, and progress for the remaining guardian. If you are the last guardian, the app instead offers Delete Family & Account, which permanently removes the family workspace, child profiles, linked child-device accounts, tasks, progress, rewards, invitations, notifications, and uploaded profile photos.

Delete a child profile or child-device account

A parent or guardian can open Settings, choose Children, select the child, and use Delete Child Profile. This removes that child’s family profile, linked child-device account, uploaded photos, tasks, levels, progress, rewards, reminders, and alerts.

On a linked child device, Delete Device Account removes that device account and signs it out. The parent-managed child profile, tasks, and progress remain in the family so a guardian can link another device later.

Contact us about your information

For access, correction, deletion assistance, or questions about a child’s information, email [email protected].

Account and privacy requests

Use the adult account’s email address where possible and describe the kind of help you need.

What to include

Tell us whether your request concerns your own account, a child profile, or the shared family’s information. We may need to verify identity and parental authority before disclosing information or acting on a request.

Do not include sign-in codes, invitation codes, your parent PIN, identity documents, or unnecessary information about a child in an initial email.

Uninstalling is different from deleting

Removing Level Up from a device, signing out, disabling notifications, or simply unlinking a child device does not erase family information already held by the service. Use the in-app deletion control that matches what you want removed, or contact support for help.
