LEVEL UP FAMILY SUPPORT
A little help, right here.
Questions, feedback, or a bump in the road? Let’s work through it.
Help us understand what happened
When contacting support, include your device model, iOS version, app version or build number, and a short description of what you expected and what happened. A screenshot can help if you remove private family information first.
Never send sign-in codes, family or child invitation codes, your parent PIN, or unnecessary information about a child.
About the upcoming beta
We’re preparing an invitation-only iOS beta for U.S. families. There is no public download or open TestFlight signup link yet. Invited families will receive installation instructions when the beta is ready.
If you already use an earlier family preview build, continue using the installation instructions you were given. An earlier preview installation is separate from a future TestFlight invitation.
Common questions
I haven’t received my adult sign-in code.
Confirm the email address, check spam or junk folders, and use the latest code you requested. If delivery still fails, contact support with the approximate time of the attempt. Do not include the code itself.
How does my child connect a device?
An authorized parent creates a child-device invitation in the app, then the child uses that code on their device. The main child setup does not require a child’s email address. Keep the code private and ask the parent for a new one if it no longer works.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Check Level Up’s notification and reminder settings and your device’s notification permissions. Focus modes and lock-screen settings may affect what you see. If the issue continues, include your device and build information when you contact support.
How do I delete an account or child profile?
Use the deletion control in the app’s Account settings. Parents and guardians can delete a child profile from Children settings. See Account & data for the effect of each option, or contact support if you need help. Removing the app does not itself delete stored information.
